From here there is direct access to a sunny, southwest-facing terrace. The kitchen has a functional and stylish design with profiled fronts, ample cupboard and counter space and integrated white goods.
Externally, the building appears with a turf-covered roof consisting of several layers, including boards, cardboard, Plato and peat layers. The roof was inspected from roof level, but was snow-covered at the time of inspection, which causes a certain uncertainty related to the structure, insulation and ventilation since the construction is not open. The roof is constructed as a pitched roof. Internal gutters with chains running down have been established, which provides limited controlled drainage of water and causes some splashing on the terrace areas. The external walls are constructed of timber with external cladding, but as the construction is not open, there is uncertainty regarding dimensioning, insulation and possible hidden problems. No visible signs of hidden damage have been recorded.
Windows consist of top-hung and fixed-frame windows with painted wooden frames and insulating glass. The building has a painted main exterior door and a wooden balcony door. Around the cabin there is a terrace made of wooden construction with associated railings, which extends around several sides of the building (northeast, northwest and southeast), with good access to both the northeast and southwest.
