The property has a beautiful and sunny location, with panoramic views of, among other things, Ustevatn and Hallingskarvet. There are hiking and skiing trails right outside the cabin door and they lead you miles into fantastic hiking terrain. It is a short walk to the parking lot and about 1 km to the center of Ustaoset, with a train station, convenience store and gas station. 

The cabin was built by Hendug AS, with a rare and beautifully executed standard. It is very spacious, extends over three levels and contains a living room, dining room/kitchen, pantry with refrigerator function, refrigerator, bathroom, bathroom/toilet, bathroom/sauna/spa area, laundry room, 3 bedrooms, attic/playroom, hallway with bed, storage room/butter room and hall with wardrobe.
